My plan, which I've had for many yrs, almost doubled in May 2024. It had prev. been going down with loyalty discounts. Absolutely no changes were made (it was on autopay).  An increase of almost 100% seems unreasonable.

Lost/ inexplicably burned up add ons?!

subscription description does not match with subscribed plan

 I moved to public mobile because of the recent promo plan: $29 CAN-US-MEX plan with 100 international minutes. However in my account subscription description it does not mention anything about international minutes.

Update: next day.still nothing is working, got new eSIM installed, did nothing, updated phone to newest  IOS, rebooted phone, reset network.Can’t receive or send sms. Tried a network reset,still nothing data and phone calls work just fine. IPhone 14
