Personal Hospot

Hi, before i was able to use hospot by enter password to my laptop when the internet is down. But these days, it shows hotspot connected but no network on my lap. Is this because of Public Mobile? Does public mobile still allow personal hospot? Any solutions to connect to laptop? 
i asked chat gpt but seems like i dont have same option when i clicked on my hospot setup.

1. Find "Enable 3G or 4G"

1. Press Settings.
2. Press Mobile Data.
3. Press Mobile Data Options.
4. Press Enable 4G.
5. To turn off use of 4G, press Off. ...
6. To use 4G for both voice calls and mobile data, press Voice & Data. ...
7. To use 4G for mobile data only, press Data Only.

What phone do you have ?  Try switching the network mode, try the different one

Yes, its alway 1-2 line~ why is that?! Im in East Vancouver area, i thought the signal would be strong

Is your cellular signal always bad when you're trying to hotspot? With 1 bar of signal, the hotspot function may not work well.

It sure does. I do it all the time! Maybe try resetting your network settings?

mine still works via hotspot. Try rebooting laptop to see if that helps.
