Trying to register an old sim card from old Public provider to MY ACCOUNT but it won't allow me to go pass step 3 of 6. My sim is still active. Just trying to get an invoice for business purpose. Am I able to retrieve an invoice for my existing number?

are you trying to activate a new account using old sim ? You can't do that...the Public Mobile sim can only be used for 1 account and can't be transferred to new.
