Unlimited Canada and US minutes and messaging plus unlimited international text and picture messaging, does this mean I can call in the US from Canada and have unlimited time to talk???

Upgrade plan on renewal did not work

And now they don't offer the plan I upgraded to! Any recourse? I upgraded to a Can,US,Mex plan, $35, on renewal, which was following day. Next day we have same plan.  And that offer not there anymore.
