Are you coming to PM or leaving PM to another provider?
There is Nobody to talk to and there is NO need to open a Ticket for this question as answer can be found if you search through Community.

if you are switching to PM, it is call porting into PM
you don't need to talk to PM rep. Just need to make sure your old account is active with your old carrier and then just download PM app and activate, choose transfer phone number and provide your old carrier's account number
Similarly, if you are porting out of PM, just make sure your PM account is active, then activate with your new provider and provide them PM account number
