PAYMENT DUE DATE

Checking back into my payment history and found that in may 2024 may due date was the 7th now it’s the second not sure how that works since I was with other companies and it’s never changed with them. One month of service should be 31 days or 30 days depending on the month I have lost 5 days of service somehow ???

hi @Urbanboi44 PM is using a 30 days cycle and not monthly cycle, so the payment date will shift up after a month with 31 days.  That's why you see it slowly moved up from 7th to 2nd.  this is normal
