Just moved to Canada and want to get a mobile subscription. Every time I enter all my details correct and try to pay by pressing the 'Proceed payment' button I get stuck on a page showing "Processing Payment" but nothing happens. I have used 3 different creditcards by now (2x Mastercard creditcards from the Netherlands, 1x Canadian creditcard) and tried both my laptop browsers as well as my phone.
Please advise me on how to proceed, if this is not fixed fast I'll go with a different carrier...

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen

were you using the app? you sure PM has not taken the money at all in all 3 trials?
if you were not using the app, please download and use the app to activate and try to use another email address to activate. Make sure the plan you activate and your credit card are both in the same province
if you were already using the app, uninstall the app, reboot and reinstall and use a different email address to start the activation
but if you find out PM already took the money, then don't try again, talk to support agent for help
