Can’t finish my activation

It’s been a few months that the payment go through my credit card but never yet been using my services cause cannot finish activation.
This is what it says:

WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST.

This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)

@Amia have you installed the Public Mobile app on your device and signed in to the app to complete activation? The is a necessary step to complete that cannot be done on the web browser.

If you are still having issues you will need to open a ticket:
