Didn't get 30gb promotional data after text notification

Received text that i got 30gb promotional data for 150 days, but this isn't reflected on the account, and I don't seem to have it. Why is this?

I see, this just wasn't mentioned in the text...I downgraded because of the added bonus...

Will I lose my special bonus data if I switch plans?

The bonus data will remain active unless your account becomes inactive, you switch to a plan of lower value or to an incompatible plan.

did you downgrade your plan?  if so, it will be removed as saidin the FAQ of the announcement

if you didn't downgrade, check again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser. Or check if agent if you still have question.   please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

@Hrak109  Did you happen to downgrade your plan ? If you did you will lose the bonus data add on unfortunately
