I would like to set up all call forwarding (*21*), but when I attempt to do so from my mobile, I get a notification "8B1 - the call can not be completed as dialed" - likely as I am currently in the US.
If I try to do so by calling in to my Canadian number from a US landline, I get the message "1B1 - the client you are trying to reach is not available at this moment". Not sure about this one, but maybe as my phone is not currently in Canada?
Is there any other way to access these command sequences? Online would be ideal.

I heard directly from Public Mobile that they do not have a way to access this functionality from outside the country. So it must be set prior (as I usually do) and can not be changed or modified until you return)

If you are outside of Canada and do not have plan covering USA I do not think you can do anything with your service except managing voice mail.
