just setup my wife phone and ported her number over from bell, the calls come in and out at her old number by send can not send or get SMS text

@nelsoncarreiro3 There’s been a lot of issues with new activations not being able to sms . Please
submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
If that doesn’t work you can always send direct private message to support .

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?
if SMS, probably a problem with activation. Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
