Hi all,
Can anyone else access both promos $39 and $50? It's still advertised publicly.
I started the process yesterday but slept off at the point of payment. Woke up early this morning at 6am EST April 9 to complete it and the page keeps showing error. But when I log in, it shows me this below
The offer says 'ends April 9". April 9 is not over so I'm confused. It seems unfair to pull it out when it's still advertised. Anyone else experiencing this?

@hTideGnow Well if that’s the case they can also easily remove it from the site if it’s no longer available . To me ends on April 9 should mean ends at midnight tonight . Otherwise it’s just confusing .but maybe that’s part of the bait and switch plan of PM

not sure if it is really false advertisement. when they say offer ends on a date, it can be beginning of the day of end of the date. So, PM can easily explain it was supposed to end at the beginning of April 9
But I still encourage @Fjayjay to ask, PM agents have been nice, even they might really meant beginning of the day on April 9, agent might just give you the plan

@Fjayjay Despite still being advertised PM no longer has CAn/US plans to change to . I would complain to support about this false advertisement

are you new or exiting customer?
if you are new, just use another email address to try. I still see it on the site for new subscribers.
But first uninstall PM app on the phone, then reinstall PM app and use a new email address to try to subsribe

@Fjayjay - Please go to My Account > Subscription & Add-ons > Change Subscription and select the $39 60GB Canada-US plan.
Also I would recommend to click on "Change on Renewal" so you do not lose the rest of your month and if you press on "Change Now" it will immediately change the plan.
EDIT: Just checked - and there is no $39 or $50 Canada-US plans anymore! Now the $29 20GB is 10GB. But there is a $40 75GB Canada wide plan.
They must be taking it down right now because when I clicked on the $39 60GB Canada-US plan it showed this:
