Wondering how to access the free month of service advertised in the black Friday promo? I was billed for both Nov and Dec.

@tilkdog check your Transaction history and see if you see PM deposit an amount equal to your plan amount. Load the transaction history for the past 60 days

The black Friday promotion was a third month free credit so it will be applied between day 31 and day 60. If you dont see it by day 59 contact customer support to have it added to your account. I have yet to see anyone reporting it being added to their accounts as of yet.

It arrives as an account credit and it's automatic. When Was your signup date? I can't find it but the offer would say something like credit would be applied within 30 days or 60 days. If it's been longer, open a ticket to a CSA to get a manual credit.
