@RonBro

If there was an outage. You won’t have any service.

What is the make and model of you phone?

This the recent decommissioning of the 850MHz 3G frequency. This could be the issue. If someone calls you…it will go straight to your voicemail if this is the case.

You might have to look for a new phone if it is an older model phone with NO VoLTE settings. Here is more information:

Enter the IMEI to see if your phone is compatible.

just made a outgoing calls without problem

did you check if your account is active?  and incoming calls and data both work?

Try reboot phone and reset network settings.  Try your sim card on another phone

if you need PM to help to reprovision the account, open a ticket

 Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA  code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)    When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

PM will reply to your community inbox,  between 9AM-10PM EST (Mon-Sun), check here:
