This problem happened yesterday, I can't sign in to Public Mobile and use WhatsApp because no connection. I was sent 5 reasons that this could be the problem and NONE are valid. My internet works with TV but not my phone.
When I said 5 reason I meant it was from Public mobile telling me that I am unable to access because 1.-exhaused data...(i still have data) 2.- subscription ended...(No did not) 3.-USA roaming...(NO ) 4.-Phone Reported stole or lost.....
