You can try to reach a CS_Agent using the link here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
They should be able to do a network rest from the back end for you. If that fails, they should be able to do some digging for you. Hope this helps
*EDIT, if you have a physical sim still inserted, remove that (seems obvious, but Ive seen it happen)

@Susanne60 Perhaps try this. If you are using iphone go to Settings, and Cellular, under SIMs, find the right one and toggle on "Turn On This Line". Let us know if you have any more details for further assistance from the community.
