Can you confirm if you unsubscribe (disabled AutoPay) your account 45 days ago or do you mean 135 (90+45) days ago?
If pause payment 45 days ago, just make a manual payment (with CC or voucher) by dialing 611 or 1-855-4PUBLIC or on account. If you are having issues login then dm a CS_Agent.

If it is 135 days ago then your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from and you won’t be able to receive it.

Its probably too late, but you never know. Did you call it? If anyone answers then you know it's been reassigned.
Call 1-855-4public and enter your number and listen to the recording. Based on the recording, you will know if it's too late. Do you know which company the phone number originated from?
You can try to ask agents at the link below. If it's still available then you'd probably need to make a payment to reactivate.
