Accessibility add on disappeared.

Hi there,
I am wondering where my 2 G of data is? When I signed up for this subscription it was confirmed that I had the accessibility discount of free add-on of 2 G of data applied to my account. It is no longer on my account page and I have just been charged 15.00 for 1 G. I would like a refund and for someone to please help find and use my 2 free Gs and have it permanently attached to my account so this does not happen again. Here is screen shot of confirmation of 2 free Gs when I originally signed up.

thank you for pointing me in the right direction....I wasn't aware of that. Anyhow, the problem you experience seeing the data could be a cache issue. So, logging in on your laptop, use a fresh browser, and delete cache files. Using mobile device, log in and pull down from top to refresh info. Hopefully that helps...otherwise message Customer Support.

check on the Overview page, on Subscription and Add-on data, click Usage Breakdown and see if you see it there
if not, ask PM support again. Best to reply the message they sent you
or if you need to open another one, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

using the app, log in to your account > Usage Breakdown...that opens up to a graph of your regular plan info and any add-on info. Do you see the data you're asking about ? (I might be missing something as I never heard of accessibility addon before)
