I tried to login with the App and I can. It keeps telling my the password is incorrect. The phone is New. The Physical SIM is new. I've changed my password 5 or 6 times and I am able to login on the website

@Lucybell2025 you will likely need to get a support agent to assist as I believe it's something they need to do on their end.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

I tried both. The website just brings me to the download app page and after I cleared the cache on the phone I just got the same message. Incorrect email and password

@Lucybell2025 try logging in to the website, you can also try going into your phone's settings and clearing the app's cache, and then try logging back in
