We are all members like you helping each other with problems.

Did you do what I suggested?

@Wei1155 CS_Agent very rarely contribute or answer here in the community where only customers are, so you'll need to click on the link below to reach a support agent and then keep an eye out on your community inbox.

You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:
https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
(and then type: Customer Support Agent)

Or, if you are having trouble with the Chatbot try sending a private message to:

(note: you will need to be logged into your Community account for this link to work)

@Wei1155  Are you currently in Canada?  New customer or existing?  Is your phone set to connect on 3G, 4G/LTE or 5G?  Do data and texting work?  How quickly do the calls disconnect, is it during a call or does the call never connect? Also check the outage map here

@Wei1155

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on.

If that didn’t work, go to setting and Reset Network setting.

If both didn’t work then you need to contact a CS_Agent to investigate.
