Hi, I can make outgoing calls but cannot receive any incoming calls. 

There is no VoLTE option on my iPhone. 

Please reset and re-provision IMS and VoLTE for my number. Thank you.

I wouldn't rely on services like ChatGPT or Google AI for answers because the answers they give are often wrong or just nonsensical.

i think @slusagm already sent you the porting team number? did you call ?  If you have not called yet, it is closed now, you will need to wait till tomorrow morning

@Yanyang1990 is this a new subscription with port in number request? If it is, the port is stick and you need to call PM porting support team to sort it out

Which iPhone are you using? Is this something recent that started happening or are you a new subscriber? 

With regards to your last request, these forums are moderated by customers like you. If you require technical assistance like the request you've asked for, you must create a ticket with the chatbot in the bottom right corner of the page.

An option you can try is by resetting your network settings. You have the ability to do so in your iPhone settings.

The VoLTE option is hidden and enabled by default for supported devices which is iPhone 8 and newer.

Did you recently port over to Public? If so, it could be the case of an incomplete port.
