I submitted the transfer request from Freedom Mobile to Public yesterday evening. The eSIM setup completed successfully, and I can make outgoing calls without any issues. However, I’m not able to receive incoming calls. When someone tries to call me, it still goes to the automated system on my old Freedom Mobile line. I’m also not receiving any SMS messages — all verification texts are still being routed to the Freedom Mobile service.
It looks like there may be a problem with the porting process. Could you please check?

I didn't reply "yes", it should be the issue. I'll contanct them. THank you.

Did you get a text from the old carrier, did you reply Yes within 90 mins?
It could be an incomplete port. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage), check for the number and call.
