Hello, I am an active customer with an acitve phone number but everytime I login using my email and password I am redirected to the pre-activation page. I have tried to login using multiple devices and platformas ( mobile, browser, etc) and seem to have no luck. Has anyone experience this issue ?

PM needs to check the account 

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here
