Did you mean:

Upgrading your plan and then going back to your old plan.

I am considering upgrading my plan because my cel needs are going to change for a short period of time.  Does anyone have experience with upgrading and then going back?  Will my old plan be available?

Sorry I missed your reply last night as I just got home from work.

Granted in the past the CS Agents had more flexibility. But now they may have a more stricter guideline to follow.

If it's still available you can go back to it. It's my belief he might lose your rewards if you had Rewards to get the discount for referral.

@MLC03 more than likely no. Once you upgrade Public Mobile has made it nearly impossible to downgrade. Some customers see only one cheaper plan than what they have and others don't see any. If you don't have any friend referrals you could port out your number to another company and then port back later on so that you can choose any of the cheaper plans but you will need to get a new SIM card and you will need to sign up with another email address

Hey @MLC03

It's super easy to upgrade a plan. ALWAYS pick the AT RENEWAL option so you don't lose money.

The only downside, you can never go back to your original plan or any plan lower than the one you choose.
