Hello everyone,
I am trying to setup public mobile as my cellphone network using an eSim.me card.
My phone is not compatible with eSim. This is why I bought a card from eSim.me to make my phone compatible with eSim cards. However, on the third step in the setup of public mobile, it is asking me to add the phone's IMEI to check compatibility with eSim. As a result, I can't finish the process because my phone is not compatible, but I would like to use my eSim.me card to set up the eSim.
Someone can help me with this issue,
Thank you!

I am currently in contact with a CS_agent. It seems for now that there is no possibility of using the esim.me after my first attempt. I'm still waiting for his/her answer to my question if they can allow me to do the esim purchase and then send me the QR to active the esim.

I understand what eSIM.me does, just that not all of those solutions work
try to ask if PM can still push the eSIM purchase and then send you the eSIM installation QR

The issue is really when public mobile is asking the IMEI to check the compatibility of my phone. It is not compatible, but I make my phone compatible using the eSim.me solution.

Thank you, I contacted a CS_agent using the link.
I explained my situation and I will see if they can do something for me.
Thank you!

because this is a 3rd party eSIM converter, PM won't provide any support. You should Ask eSIM.me instead

@popar13 use the link that was shared by BKNS27 to contact a support agent. You'll need to explain that you're turning your phone into eSIM compatible through this eSIM.me card, hopefully they will be able to send the Public Mobile eSIM to you. If not, you will need to revert back to getting a Public Mobile physical SIM card which you can pick up in person at a local Telus/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store for $10, or from Amazon for $5

Since your phone is not eSIM compatible. You will need to pick up a SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik for $10 or from Amazon for $5.
Once you have the SIM, contact a CS_Agent to help you activate the SIM.
