Hello, I had Ordered my SIM card on December 28 and it has not come in the mail yet.
I am using my father’s SIM card so he can use mine when I receive it.
May I have some help with this?

is there a Mobile Klinik i9n your area ? They have the Public Mobile sims available for about $10. If you get one from Mobile Klinik, message Customer Support to request credit to your new account for the initial sim that hasn't arrived. Amazon would be another source and they do have very fast shipping.

It has been over 3 weeks so the chance that it is either lost in the queue of the Canada Post strike so contact a CS_Agent for a replacement SIM.

Sim card delivery can be 3 days to 3 weeks here
But best to ask PM support agent for status update, you can submit by direct message:

Better to ask if you can pickup another one from a nearby Telus or Koodo store instead of wait longer to have them resend a new one

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
