I tried to install esim but it's not working. So I came to purchase the physical sim but to access my account, it only let's me send a text message to my phone number which is not working. How do I replace my sim card?

Hey,
I am not able to login to the account because of 2FA. First authentication is via email and second one is via text sms which I am not able to skip it because the sim card is not working.
Can you please go through my account and change the sim number.
I can provide the details of the sim later.

Do you see the option "didn't receive code"? If you click on that link, then you may be able to get 2FA via email instead.
Also, as a warning, it can take up to 10 business days for physical SIM card to arrive via Public mobile site. Might want to consider purchase from Amazon (prime shipping) or at physical store (corporate Koodo or Telus stores).
