My points back went from 1.15 points per month down to 0.40 points. I got my happy anniversary 10 points in December and recently referred a friend so I'm getting one point per month for that. I don't think either of those things has to do with it, have they decreased the monthly points people get?
Thanks in advance for the replies.

@andy889 Public Mobile is still giving 5% points back based on what you paid (before taxes). If you changed to a lower priced plan, or you used your points balance to get a $15 bill credit then you will not get points on the full amount but only on what you actually paid. So if your plan is regularly $30 and you got a $15 bill credit then you will only get 5% back on the $15 you actually paid out of pocket

Account credits that are received through the redemption of points and then applied to a plan payment are excluded from the amount calculated as being spent.
