Undo points redemption

So i accidentally redeemed my points for international calling but i read the list of countried and it doesnt include belgium so I wanted to ask if i could undo the redemption and get back my points since i also havent used any of the minutes

Yes, Belgium is not part of any long distance addon.  You cannot use PM to call Belgium, you need to get a calling card from store instead

For the add-on you redeemed wrong, you can ask PM CS agent to reverse the transaction for you
