Hi, I just transferred to PM a couple of days ago and I removed the iMessage and FaceTime number because I was getting a message that my number will expire. Now I can’t add the number because it says that my phone number can’t be used by iMessage and FaceTime. It also says that I must have a sim associated with an apple device for my number in order to use FaceTime and iMessage. I do have an esim. Can anyone help? Thx

hi @MLQ Try Reser All Networks on the phone and it should update the number on the device
if not, remove from phone number from iMessage settings, reboot and go back to the same page to put the number back to re-register

Did you remove your old carrier's SIM card?
Does talk, regular text and data service work?
Might want to try to reboot your phone. If that does not work, network reset of phone. Note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords, etc.
