Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

if you meant those system text, either reply STOP or you block *611
if you meant Community notification , just go to https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/user-subscriptions:notificatio... and check mark Turn off all email notifications

@sneezycat1 The texts will come from PM (either from 611 or a 4 digit short code ex: 5072)
You can remain to stay subscribed or opt out of future texts at that time. Hope this helps

You don't really. They come automatically. There is an option not to receive them but I think you have to enter that in once you get one. Most text messages that come from Public Mobile are mostly targeted offers though.
