New plan to up grade to 4G from 3G

I paid my monthly account for the 3G plan on Sept 24, 2023 but then on October 5, 2023 I bought the new plan 4G (add on). There is an over payment for partial month I had paid on Sept, 24, 2023. Will there be a credit to my account?

Switching to 90 day subscription plan

I noticed that switching to a 90-day subscription provides further discounts than monthly subscriptions. If I were to switch to a 90 day subscription, would that mean that I would lose my monthly reward discounts?

Incoming landline calls

Local landline callers are told my cell phone # is long distance,  they must use 1 in front of my number and get charged long distance fees.   How can this be?   My mobile was purchased locally.  The phone works fine otherwise.

Texts for monthly renewal and data usage reminders

Before this last summer I would get a text from 611 every month when my payment was received and when my data usage reached 75% and 95%.   Now I only get a text when my data usage reaches 95% which is not that helpful. Has anyone else noticed this?
