I'm not able to update my payment method, I've looked over everything but it won't process. everything is correct I'm confident. is anyone else having this problem?

HI @serina110 have you try to change the payment card again? Did it work? are you trying to put a Visa /Mastercard? If you are putting in a MC debit, sometimes it is trickier
If you need to change card to restart a plan, and still fail, you can buy a vouchers from Shoppers drug mart or Shell, then load the vouchers via *611. it is the quickest way to get your service back
If you still having trouble with adding the card on the system, message CS agent to open ticket (Chatbot ticket has not been working well today)

@serina110 you might need to wait a full hour before you try again. The payment update is glitchy for long time, even on the old My Account
