HI @Navu you said agent didn't get any solution, but what did they say?
Just want to confirm, when someone call your old number, your phone no longer rings?
When you call your friends, your friends see a different number in the call display?
Any chance anyone has access to your My Account?
If you call 1-855-4PUBLIC, enter the "old" number, can the system local your account?
if you login to My Account, go to Profile, does it show your phone number? old or new?
We need more details to try to help

Did you not get hold of customer service agent yesterday? What was their response?
If you don't mind, maybe explain your situation in more details. It is rare for phone numbers just change without customer doing something.

You can also private message a CS_Agent on the envelope icon above on a laptop or desktop computer. Try that.

No i used public mobile from 2 years so that i dont want to change i dont know how changed my number

More details would be helpful. Are you a new customer versus old? If new customer, did you port your number from another company? Did you accidentally change your number in your self service account?
