@Wendy14 did you use Change plan now?  

with Change plan now , PM will charge you full amount for that one transaction, you will get those rewards again in your next renewal

@Wendy14  No you get to keep your old loyalty rewards I can confirm I just did this and check  it out

You will still get those rewards after any plan change.
