Hello I was charged twice. Once on my old credit card and again and my new credit card. I changed my payment information days before the payment date. But I was still charged twice. Both charges are posted on my credit card account.
I noticed I was charged twice after I changed my payment method. I changed it few days before the payment date. I was charged once on my original payment method and once on the other card. Payment history shows only one payment. Thank you
I just ported in my number and I am unable to receive text messages and this is really frustrating. I was able to right before I got public mobile so definitely something wrong with public mobile. I am able to use data and call people
Hello I got a referral code from my friend which would discount $10, so I put in the referral code on the check out stage but it didn’t reflect in the payment billplease reflect it
Also I didn’t use the change now option. I only used the “change on renewal date” few days before the payment date. And I also changed the payment method few days before the payment date
Nope it charged me $21 (my plan cost $38 but I got $15 off using reward points) on my new payment method and $38 on my old payment method. Both charges are posted
