Charged twice

Hello I was charged twice. Once on my old credit card and again and my new credit card. I changed my payment information days before the payment date. But I was still charged twice. Both charges are posted on my credit card account.

time to ask support to check, please open ticket with them:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there

Also I didn’t use the change now option. I only used the “change on renewal date” few days before the payment date. And I also changed the payment method few days before the payment date

Hello and on my payment history shows that there is just one payment of $21 this month. However both of my credit card was charged in reality.




you said you changed your plan around the renewal date, did you use Change Now option?

does it show both transactions?  mind to post screenshot of what showing there?

Nope it charged me $21 (my plan cost $38 but I got $15 off using reward points) on my new payment method and $38 on my old payment method. Both charges are posted
