Text message not coming

I just ported in my number and I am unable to receive text messages and this is really frustrating. I was able to right before I got public mobile so definitely something wrong with public mobile. I am able to use data and call people

@Fluffyking is your old account still active ? Do you still have the SIM card for it 

@Fluffyking they won't call you, or couple days later

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

Public mobile said someone will reach out to my old number but no one called or messaged me ever

@Fluffyking did you reply a text from old provider? your port was stuck cos the text was not done.   I will message you a porting help number to call to sort out
