Refund for US roaming that does not work in Alaska

I purchased a US roaming package. It does not work in Alaska.  Researched it and it would seem unlikely this package would work anywhere in the USA as AT&T and T-Mobile have converted most of their system to 4 and 5 G.  The P.M. plan is 3 G on  Somewhat discouraging that Public Mobil would sell a product that they know has little likelyhood of working.  How do I get a refund.
