Hi , I paid 40$ to buy a sim card and the first month fee on Feb 24! I haven’t received it yet, I asked twice from you guys regarding this issue, and nothing happened yet, I want refund please, I don’t want to wait more than this.
Hi, I recently changed my plan to 15 gig for 40$. Now I checked my account, it doesn’t show my plan as 15gig. It shows only 10 gig!!! I bought 15 gig, not 10 gig, please let me know whats wrong!

But why wiuld I buy sim card again? When I already paid gof it!i went to Tellus, they said they have nothing to do with public mobile they just sell the sim card like everywhere else which J have to pay again, I’m just so sick and tired of waiting
