Hi , I paid 40$ to buy a sim card and the first month fee on Feb 24! I haven’t received it yet, I asked twice from you guys regarding this issue, and nothing happened yet, I want refund please, I don’t want to wait more than this.

After paying for sim card and the first month fee on Feb 24!!!!! neither got the sim card yet, nor one of the agents has replied me yet! Unbelieveable!

I have been opening tickets and asking for help since morning, no answers from the Agent yet!

This needs to be arranged with a Public Mobile customer support agent ahead of time. When a SIM card hasn't arrived yet, Public Mobile's obligation is to ensure that the customer receives one, and that could mean another one be shipped out.

When you say you ask you guys do you understand that no one here works for PM here? We are all customers here. You need to open a ticket to talk to anyone from PM.

You can go to a mobile klinik or koodo kiosk to purchase a sim card for $10. Then contact and agent to get setup and they should credit you the cost of the sim card. I had the same issue when I joined waited awhile for a sim in the mail. Put a ticket in agent advised me buy one then help me set up and credited my account.

But why wiuld I buy sim card again? When I already paid gof it!
i went to Tellus, they said they have nothing to do with public mobile they just sell the sim card like everywhere else which J have to pay again, I’m just so sick and tired of waiting

you asked twice? I think you need to ask them once more, but don't ask them to send you, it could be missed again. Just ask them to let you pickup from local Telus or Koodo store, or buy from Amazon and ask them to reimburse
