I just received the sim from public mobile and installed in May 17, 

i just noticed the company already charged one month to my credit card. 
please explain to me.

HI @Norther 

you should be good.  When you activate before and ask for sim card to be shipped, it was charged at that time, but your service cycle won't start until you installed the sim card and complete the activation on May 17.  So, your next billing date should be Jun 16 (a reminder, PM follow a 30 days cycle, not monthly)

but if PM charge you again on May 17, that it was not correct.  If that is the case, please ask support agent to check
