I’ve been with Public Mobile sim for 8 yrs, when I enter my new credit card info I receive Error message "please enter a valid postal code".
The Payment Method screen indicates “We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard), provided they have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S.”
My card is CAD with RBC, USA mailing address. Although the payment screen says it accepts an address in the U.S., the system will not accept any zip codes. I have been trying the payment entry for months. I even tried using my old Cdn postal code, but it does not match my mailing address so charge gets rejected. I’ve tried other cards, none work because of the USA zip code.
Let me know if / when the website techs correct this issue, thanks

Then you can use acceptable credit cards to pay, etc.
The address enter in the Public Mobile account provile, but the postal code in the payment section does matter as it needs to match that of the billing address linked to the credit card.

I had similar issue earlier this year with my mums account. I jus used any valid postal code and it worked. Didn't have to be associated with the card.

sorry @boater1 although US issued credit card will work but it needs to be associated with a Canadian address
And Canadian issue credit card must have a Canadian address as well
if you have no choice, buy a Prepaid Credit card and you can put in any Canadian address
or for renewal, you can use payment voucher

you'll be best to reach out for Customer Support on this issue. Click the orange ball on lower right side of the page to start the process. Looks like others have had similar problems with US cards in the past.
