Hello, when I signed up I got a new number from PM. When logging into the web site, MFA would send the code to this number. All was working well.
I then ported my old number to PM. The process went well and my new number disappeared and I'm back to using my old number on the phone. No issues there.
Unfortunately, when I log into the PM web site, the MFA code is sent to the new (no longer used) number that PM originally assigned to me. I manually select the option resend the code to my email address and I'm able to log into the website.
For the life of me, I can't find where I change the number that the MFA code is sent to. Does anyone know how I would go about updating my account so that my currently used/ported number gets the MFA codes?

You can change your number on the PM app. Go to the Account tab>Change Phone Number and enter your new number or choose from numbers listed. You can change your number 4 times in 30 day cycle.

@GVR Yes in your account profile page , manage ever safe you can change the number there . But also when trying to log in you can just tap “didn’t get code “ and it will send the 2FA code to your. Email instead also

@GVR When you log in with the code by email, go to your Eversafe profile and manage Eversafe, there you can change the phone number to the correct one.
