Ok changed number clicked submit eversafe said will confirm (I thought new number)so removed old number then said that new number is already in use so now I try and sitch all night no go?

@webspy2023  try rebooting the phone first , but if the number you picked was already being used by another customer which sometimes happens just go pick  another number in your account . You can change phone number 4x for free every 30 days

you need to reboot the phone for the new number to take effect.  Reboot now and try

if you have problem and still not changing to the new number, ask support agent to check.  You can submit  ticket by direct message:
