"Cellular Data" Will Be Used for Calls & Messages

Until you update the contacts that were using your previous cellular plan, "Cellular Data" will be used for all calls and messages. 
I tried so many times, but wasn’t able to do that, please help, thank

are you talking about VoLTE?  

or you have problem with voice in Canada or US? give us more information

@NadiaHryniw  Cell data shouldn’t be used for calls just data and text when using MMS or iMessage it’s needed
