Actually your old number will be returned to the carrier you originally got the number from. If it was Telus or Koodo…there might be a slim chance you can get it back. But not if it was from other carriers like Rogers, Fido, Chatr, Bell, Virgin or Lucky.

@Fouadwww Well public mobile / Koodo and Telus all under same umbrella so it’s worth a try or contact Koodo to try and get it back on new account and port it back over in your public mobile account. Profile page Notice transfer number under the first red circle

Unfortunately, once you change your number. It is a slim chance that you can get the old number back. But there will be a list of numbers to choose from and you can change your number 4 times in a month.

@Fouadwww Tuff to say where did the number come from originally? Public mobile ? If not it will go back to the carrier it came from if it was from PM you can ask support there could be a chance they get it back for you .best of luck
