I recently changed my wife's phone over to Public Mobile. But, I messed up and put in the wrong phone number when doing the esim activation. Techsupport helped me through this and she is now on Public Mobile. However, the problem created by putting in the wrong phone number put her login into a loop which tech support could not solve.
So now I need to change my credit card info due to my current one being compromised. How do I do that if we can't get into her account?
