Credit Card expired, unable to log into account to change it. While I can log into one account nothing comes up under "My Accounts". no info at all really. I may have duplicate accounts, I don't know. Tried two hours with Chat Bots today, not working. Tried two hours last week, not working. Plus a third time before that.
I need a real person for this one please, it is a account problem.
This is last chance, if i don't get this resolved today I will have no choice but to cancel this account plus 2 other phones in our family and sign up for a family plan elsewhere.

Website is finicky. You could try a different web browser, different device. Or the PM app itself.
Each PM account needs its own separate email address. Several accounts can't be under the same email.

Use private or secret mode first to see if you can get access that way.

When was the last time a payment was made to the amount? Does this phone currently have active service?
