IMessage not working.

Hello,

I recently purchased a plan from Public Mobile,, but unfortunately, IMessage does not work. 

What is the easiest way to fix this issue?

@MISMAIL  In your settings iMessage does it have your number checked off for send and receive ? 
can try and reset network settings if that doesn’t work you might want to call Apple support . But to think they will ask you do to just as I have asked . But if you like to talk to PM support 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .

Unfortunately, That did not work.

hi @MISMAIL it's is a device problem and you need to do something 

go to iMessage settings, remove the phone number 

Reboot and then put the number back. for re-register

@MISMAIL  Try this turn off iMessage and turn off face time then go to settings > general scroll to the bottom in blue letters you see  “ shut down “ in my pic

Tap it wait 2-3 mins turn phone back on and turn on iMessage and face time . It will verify and work again
